Spring Tango Journey in Tuscany!

PROGRAM AND TIMETABLE:

Starting 07.04 (evening) untill 11.04 (midday) we leanr and deepen our Tango in beautifull Volterra. A lot of time for you to freely discover the treasures of Tuscany! Whether wine tasting, theater visits, walks in nature or experiencing ancient art and culture: hardly any other region offers so much, so close and so beautiful!

Of course, you can stay longer to enjoy Volterra and the whole region in peace. We are happy to give you recommendations.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

Deepen your Tango:
The deep work as a couple is the core of our time together. We want to improve our dance, we want to feel more comfortable in the embrace and gain more confidence and repertoire.

We will have enough time and enjoy the relaxed athomsphere, we will work on your questions and each couple will get a personalized teaching. We offer alternatived and additions for every level and use new structures to complement the learning.

Here a general overview of the content:

Learn Tango:
overall 12 classes (á 45 Minutes), divided in 2 classes in the afternoon and one free Práctica in the evening. We teach in small groups and, if necessary, we offer different times.

We will learn intensively and deepen important topics. During class you are invited to drink soft drinks and Italian snacks.

Dancing Tango:
Daily free practice sessions in the prácticas and a special milonga in the beautiful Renaissance palace Ricciarelli Dello Sbarba, with typical drinks, sweets, and snacks on the house, are also integral parts of the program. And open-air dancing can also be organized spontaneously, depending on the weather…

DETAILED PROGRAM:

07. April: starting ca. 19:00 Uhr Aperitiv at “L’incontro” to get to know each other and set the mood for our time together,

during the first Practica, from about 20:30, we will show you where the lessons take place and we can also get to know each other dance-wise 🙂

April 8 to 10: Lessons in small groups, in the afternoon, visit to a milonga in Siena, Florence, or Pisa if possible!

10. April: Milonga at the Residenza Ricciarelli dello Sbarba

11. April: final Brunch at the Residenza

We will see following topics:

– Tango Salón, the walking and the quality of the simple movement

– Tango Technique, Posture and footwork

– Tango with Figures: introduction and deepening

– Milonga and Vals, to dance in the rhythm

– Musicality and Interpretation

Arrival:

Volterra can be reached by plane via Pisa. From the Pisa airport you can rent a car, alternativelly take the bus and train, or get picked up by the hotel or another private service. We are happy to help contacting such service providers.
